Bootcamp includes a full-body workout using your body weight, dumb bells, resistance bands and TRX.
This program mixes traditional exercises and body weight exercises with interval and strength training for 45 min and what is called "after burn". We do various forms of cardio, jumping rope and interval training that involves bursts of high intensity work. It's a great work out!
