Anyone can take a class at 2 B Fit, regardless of weight, fitness level, or age. We offer both traditional classes and customized classes, so getting bored isn’t an option! From gentle stretching classes with resistance bands to high-level intensity workouts with weights, we’re sure you’ll find a class that addresses your needs.
