Is a Full body workout using your body weight, Dumb Bells, Resistance Bands and TRX
Bootcamp mixes traditional exercises and body weight exercises with interval and strength training for 45 min and what is call after burn. We do various forms of cardio, jumping rope and interval training that involves bursts of high intensity work. it's a great work out!
BOOT CAMP CLASS HOURS:
Monday,Wednesday, Friday:6am and 9am
Tuesday,Thursday: 5:30am-6:30am-9am, and 6pm
Saturday: 8am and 9am
